I see you have many places to offer and to me, that is the key of a good real estate company: they have to have options for demaniding customers. When I want to choose a place to stay in my vacations, I don´t want to pick the first one they show me. For instance, when I had to get furnished apartments in buenos aires, I made them show me at least 5 flats. I don´t trust the first one they show me, because I tend to think there is something wrong with it and that is why they show it to me first. Maybe it´s a mistake, but I don´t choose till I have seen 5!
